Eteläesplanadi 16. Lars Sonckin suunnitteleman entisen Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen talon pääsisäänkäynti. Rakennus valmistui 1908. Sisäänkäynnin edessä olevat ruusuköynnöskoristeiset pylväät lisättiin Sonckin toimesta 1914.
