Vanha varastorakennus aiotaan saneerata, ja siihen tulee ravintola- ja liikuntapalveluita, toimistotiloja sekä näyttely- ja tapahtumatoimintaa. Oikealla näkyy Hernesaaressa sijaitseva telakka (Laivakatu 1). Hernesaaren takana rakennetaan uutta Telakkarannan asuinaluetta (Telakkakatu 9-7, 5). Taustalla vasemmalla Hietalahdenrannan ja Ruoholahdenrannan kerrostaloja.
