Villa Vuosanta on rakennettu vuonna 1900, arkkitehteinä olivat Geselius-Lindgren-Saarinen. Paikalla on aikoinaan ollut Skatan torppa, jonka apteekkari Walter Karlstén vuokrasi 1899 ja myöhemmin 1930 osti itselleen. Keltaisen päärakennuksen lisäksi tontilla on torppa, kuvassa oleva venevaja lahden poukamassa, talousrakennus ja 1970-luvulla rakennettu rantasauna. Tila siirtyi kaupungille 1967 ja toimii nyt vuokrattavana juhla- ja kokouspaikkana.
